Atty. Deanna Melissa S. Lorenzo-Singian specializes in varying fields of litigation, Family and Estate Law, Corporate Law, Civil and Commercial Law, Arbitration as well as Environmental Law and Labor Law. She also handles some intellectual property queries. For her litigation work, practice includes appearances before trial courts, including the Court of Appeals, the Sandiganbayan and the Supreme Court, administrative and quasi-judicial agencies, arbitral tribunals, government offices, and mediation boards. Her corporate practice includes advising domestic and foreign clients in the preparation and negotiation of various corporate transactions as well as the setting-up of corporations or businesses in the Philippines. She also does corporate secretarial work, renders legal advice to clients as well as handles the drafting, review and execution of legal documents. She currently acts as adviser and sits as Corporate Secretary or Assistant Corporate Secretary in different companies handled by the Firm.

Atty. Singian received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies minor in business and psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1998 and her Juris Doctor’ degree from the same university in 2002. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2003 and joined the Firm in 2007.
