Atty. Lino Chris P. Kapunan obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Ateneo School of Law in 2006 and immediately practiced law after passing the Philippine Bar Examinations of the same year.

He specializes in litigation of Civil, Criminal, Corporate and Intellectual Property cases. He also has extensive experience in the practice of Corporation Law, Labor Law and Intellectual Property Law. In 2020, he was awarded “Corporate Litigator of the Year (Philippines)” by APAC (Asia-Pacific) Insider.

He is a member of the Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines and the Licensing Executive Society of the Philippines and had served as a member of the Board of Directors of the latter. He currently sits on the Board of several corporations.
